Advantages and disadvantages
Direct access to the sea, an empty beach, easy entry into the water, all rooms with balconies, peaceful surroundings, parking available, and a new building with no signs of wear.
Far from the city, inconvenient without a car, no cafés or shops nearby, only one restaurant, no evening activities, and some rooms have no view.
