Advantages and disadvantages
The spa area is well-organized — various sauna temperatures, quiet zones, and a pool with mountain views. Treatments can be chosen at your own pace — the staff doesn’t push additional services. The restaurants avoid excess; the menu is clear, with a focus on local products. The rooms are practical and functional — there’s space for belongings, and the work, relaxation, and sleep areas don’t interfere with each other. Winter skier services are well thought out: everything is at hand, with no queues or unnecessary noise. A shuttle to the ski lift is also available.
There was an issue with communication with the hotel staff in an uncomfortable situation — I lost my earphones, and the hotel staff couldn’t find them for two days. However, after I filed a report with the police, they suddenly turned up.
